This two unit speculative condominium is on a 40’ x 118’ lot with parking off the alley (rear side). The site is located in a Southern California beach community, on a very pedestrian street that dead ends to a foot bridge linking the street to the down town area. The front (street unit) is a three bedroom, three story unit that is partially sunken to meet the height requirements. The rear unit has a master suite on each level and an open loft type living area. The project uses recycled materials for interior and exterior finishes such as the wood elements (made from wood pulp and recycled plastic bags).  back to projects
